Tip of the Week

Kristi Holl from Institute of Children`s Literature, recently took a look at the book, "Putting the one minute manager to work" by Kenneth Blanchard and Robert Lorber. Her article discusses how approaching writing as if you were a manager, mangaging yourself as an employee, can make your business more productive and yourself happier.
Kristi says it all comes down to three principles:

1. Create specific goals, ones you can measure or observe
2. Observe specific behaviors
3. Reap the consequences
